Disneyland Day 2

We had 2 days at Disneyland so we headed back last Wednesday.  I wanted to see Donkey again and Heidi wanted to see Tinkerbelle and we had a few more rides we wanted to get to that we missed last time.  As soon as we got there we headed to Splas Mountain.  That is one cool ride!  It is an older roller coaster ride through the Himalayas, but boy is it fun! And on the Indiana Jones ride, which was pretty cool and we think the evil lady was what our GPS girl looked like ;) We also went on a train ride in Frontierville through an old gold rush town.  It was a lot of fun too.

Then we headed to Critter Country where Eeyore lives and we got there just as Pooh Tigger and Eeyore were just getting there as well.

We also went up in Tarzan's Treehouse.

We also saw a lot of stuff in the park that was pretty cool too.  Like sleeping Beautys Castle that you can walk through and hear the story.

There were all kinds of Characters just throughout the park as well, like Goofy and Ariel.

And we got shrunk down so we could meet Tinkerbelle

And we went on a river boat ride through the jungle with a witty guide.

And they have all kinds of transportation modes through the park, last time we took the train and this time the monorail which goes to the hotels.  This was Mandy from the Cars movie.

And the trolleys pulled by horses, we rode on both the one pulled by the Belgian Dougie and the Shire Brother.  I asked the lady running them and she said the horses work 3 days a week 4 hours a day.  And they have 9 working horses and 3 more in training right now.  They like the Beligians and Shires, but they also have a couple Clydes as well.

Then we headed down to Downtown Disney and the stores there.  They also had a Lego store that was pretty awesome.

We also saw the cool Mickey balloons inside a clear balloon.  And the entrance to the Disneyland Hotel through Mickey's Sorcerer hat.  And on the way home we saw this huge helicopter.  I showed it to Neil and he thinks it is one who's propeller can fold down and be used as a plane as well.

Then the boys were complaining of being hungry and tired so we headed home but I really wanted to stay for the fire works but it would have been too long a day.
